1. Faster recovery speed of CO2 concentration

     During the experiment, the door of the box needs to be opened frequently, and the infrared sensor is the best choice.Imported infrared (IR) sensor has the characteristics of fast monitoring of carbon dioxide gas, and is not affected by fluctuations in external temperature and humidity. If the door is closed after opening the door for 30 seconds, it can be restored to 37°C in less than 10 minutes, and the set CO2 concentration can be restored to 5% in less than 5 minutes. Even if it is used by many people and the door needs to be opened and closed frequently, it can still maintain The CO2 concentration in the box is stable and uniform. The thermal conductivity sensor is easily affected by temperature and humidity, has a long response time, large detection errors, and long-term use requires frequent calibration errors and other defects.

2. Ultraviolet sterilization system

      The ultraviolet germicidal lamp is located on the back wall of the box, which can disinfect the inside of the box regularly, which can effectively kill the circulating air and the floating bacteria in the humidifying pan water vapor in the box, thereby effectively preventing pollution during cell culture.

3. Microbial high efficiency filter

      The CO2 air inlet is equipped with a high-efficiency microbial filter, with a filtration efficiency of up to 99.99% for particles with a diameter> 0.3μm, effectively filtering bacteria and dust particles in the CO2 gas. 4. Door temperature heating system The door of the CO2 incubator can heat the inner glass door, which can effectively prevent condensation water from the glass door and prevent the possibility of microbial contamination caused by the condensation water of the glass door.
